SNOW DAY!!

Today it snowed. a lot. and it hasn't stopped yet. My roommates and i went out to measure it. right in the middle of the street we measured 9 inches, and on the sides of the house, 14. So somewhere between there. This is how deep it was. Okay... not really Jen and i just made it look that way with our trickery. BUT it was pretty deep.
     My roommates and i spent the ENTIRE day watching movies..minus Linny who is stuck at home and cant get here. we miss her.  We are likely to get cabin fever soon seeing as the snow has not stopped and church is cancelled tomorrow. Miranda made me laugh today when she said she had been snacking all day..grazing if you will. This was mostly funny to me because it is so true when you are bored all day and have nothing to do. Good thing it doesn't snow often,lol. We will prolly spend another day sitting in our usual spots watching the Hallmark marathon that starts Sunday at 11am. PTL.
    We are going to end the night watching the snow fall through the window while i plug in the star machine that Daniel gave me. Which by the way, is like the second greatest gift he ever gave me, other than my ring of course which is the first. Anyway, it will be a great way to end the night.
 Going to finish this movie and enjoy the rest we have been granted. Sometimes, it's nice not to be so busy. enjoying it...

Beginning..

So i have been thinking i should have a blog. I mean seems like everyone has one now...and i read theirs. So hey, i should post my own thoughts. That thought has sat with me for like, oh, i dont know, 2 years. This week i had lunch with a friend who tried to convince me to journal. i like the idea of journaling, but really, i wont ever read my writings in 10 years. So i felt like maybe writing a blog would be motivation enough to "journal."

here are my blog rules:

1. I do not care about grammar. This means that my blog will sometimes be choppy, wrong, whatever. I like words, not so much the way they arrange themselves upon the page.

2. my mind goes a million miles a minute..so my guess is my blog wont have much of a theme.

..i think that is all.

You might be wondering, "self, why is this blog named storehouse." Great question friend. The answer is simple. i really like the song Storehouse by Sandra McCracken.
